U2 announced on Instagram on Thursday (September 26) that they are releasing a 20th anniversary reissue of their multiple Grammy-winning album, How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb. The reissue will also be accompanied by what the band is referring to as a “shadow album” called How To Re-Assemble An Atomic Bomb, which will feature 10 new, unreleased songs that were recently rediscovered in the group’s archive. Physical and digital versions of the reissue will be released on November 22, exactly 20 years after the album’s original release in 2004.

There are various release options for the How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb reissues on both CD and vinyl, including an 8LP Super Deluxe Collector’s Boxset, which includes the 20th anniversary Atomic Bomb reissue, the Re-Assemble “shadow album,” remixes from Hot Chip, Trent Reznor and Jacknife Lee, the first vinyl release of Vertigo 2005: Live From Chicago, and a photography book by the band’s frequent artistic collaborator, Anton Corbijn.
