Blur have announced a special global performance of their highly-anticipated new album The Ballad of Darren.
The performance will be live-streamed via Driift from London’s Eventim Apollo on Thursday, July 25, 2023 at 9 pm BST.
It will be the first and only time the album will be performed in its entirety, and fans around the globe can tune in via a live stream of the show. The show will be rebroadcast three more times to allow fans around the world to watch at a time more convenient for their time zone.
The Ballad of Darren, the band’s first record in eight years, is set to drop on July 21 via Parlophone. They teamed up with producer James Ford on the record, while the artwork was shot by celebrated British photographer Martin Parr.
Livestream Tickets are on sale now. Physical tickets will go on sale on Tuesday July 18 at 10 am BST for fans who have pre-ordered the album.
