Australian rock band Jet have announced their first U.K. and Ireland tour in 15 years.
The tour, to mark the 20th anniversary of the band’s debut album Get Born, will kick off at The Academy in Dublin on October 3.
The brief tour will conclude on October 12 after staging shows in Belfast, Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester, Nottingham, Bristol and London.
During the tour, Jet will play the entire tracklist of Get Born.
After disbanding twice, Jet reunited in 2023 and was inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame in November.
The quartet, consisting of brothers Nic Cester (vocals, rhythm guitar, piano) and Chris Cester (drums, vocals), Cameron Muncey (lead guitar and vocals), and Mark Wilson (bass guitar) is currently on an Australia tour in celebration of Get Born‘s 20th anniversary.
Speaking about the upcoming tour, Nic Cester said, “‘Get Born’ was a rare and unique moment of total planetary alignment where we somehow managed to capture lighting in a bottle. We’re all really excited to come back to the UK & Ireland for these shows.”
The sale of general tickets will begin on Friday at 10 am local time.
