The 1975 recently shared their cover of “Now Is The Hour” from Jack Antonoff‘s The New Look soundtrack.
Bing Crosby‘s popular song of the 1940s, later sung by Frank Sinatra, “Now Is The Hour” is one of 10 songs on the soundtrack to the series.
The soundtrack was produced by Antonoff and also features covers by Lana Del Rey, Beabadoobee, Nick Cave, and Perfume Genius among others.
Florence + the Machine‘s cover of Vera Lynn‘s 1941 song “White Cliffs of Dover,” the first single from the soundtrack, was released late last month.
The 10-part Apple TV+ series is scheduled to premiere globally on February 14.
According to an official synopsis, the biographical drama, created by Todd A. Kessler, tells “the shocking story of how fashion icon Christian Dior and his contemporaries, including Coco Chanel, Pierre Balmain and Cristobal Balenciaga, navigated the horrors of World War II and launched modern fashion.”
